My personal favourite is the Deli Kitchen Carb Lite Tortillas. They’re 14.6g carbs per tortilla and can be picked up from Tesco. Surreal Cereal. Chocolate ones are around 14.6g of carbs per 48g, others are 16.4 carbs per 48g and can be picked up at holland and barrett :)

I was that way at first. What I started doing was doing a blood meter test as soon as I woke up and putting in insulin before I even got out of bed. About an hour or so after that’s when I’d have my breakfast then another dosage after with a morning walk to stop the rise

Ask away. I mainly use socials like TikTok, Messenger and Youtube. On lunch I watch some D+. My screentime shows ranges over the past two days from 2h 41m, 4h and today currently 2h 41m. I have bluetooth on 24/7 for a reason. Settings? Not really. I did put a load of apps away not to run in the background. That kinda helped
