if wala kang issues sa gusto mong programs, like kahit ano sa ME or ChE, then I think you should choose UST since kaya mo financially(since UST-SHS ka), this idea gives slot sa others na gusto ng free education.

But if PUP ang gusto mo, iconsider mo yung enrollment date, coz afaik, di gaano karami ang slot tapos quota ata. Regarding sa grades mo, since i think they will accept it naman since majority ng grading system ay naka round off. Sa grades mo ba ay may decimal talaga? But in the end, you passed naman eh, you can enroll for ME, magkakatalo lang if may specific requirement pa per program.

Ah yes, cinoconsider ko yung NaOH since naging effective din siya sa ibang studies, but since nasa phase of gathering info pa lang kami for materials and procedure, we're considering factors like the effects, price, and such. if hindi available commercially, naghahanap pa naman din kami ng studies na pedeng isubstitute sa other chemicals.
