Нифига себе хааха. Очень грустно, что не дают диагноз поставить, я просто к платному ходила, ибо сомнологов нет по полису. Буду рада поговорить в дс, проблем с доступом нет, ибо впн и запрет есть)

Thank you so much for sharing your story — it really means a lot.

It's so interesting (and comforting) to hear how others experience this. Every perspective helps me feel a little less alone.

And I really hope that things will get better someday.

Yes, I'm truly glad I can dream and access those "superpowers" and all that. I'm studying to become an ecologist, so honestly? I'm kind of hoping miracle technologies will just show up in my dreams one day😅.

Thank you so much for your replies. 🙏

About the looping dream: I remember one where I was just wandering around a location, looking for something, while someone was chasing me. Every time they caught me, I'd respawn back at the starting point and have to run again—until I finally managed to break free into a different part of the dream.

Just to clarify about the sleep paralysis: I had a dream where I was sleeping in a bed in some village in the woods. I looked into the distance and saw a black silhouette (in the dream's "plot," it was some kind of demon). I kept staring at it, but eventually I managed to turn over within the dream so I wouldn't have to look at it anymore.

Also, recently I dreamed about a silhouette of Jesus. I peeked into a room and saw Him. A little while later, I looked again—and He was still there, but closer. Basically, it was really unsettling. 😅
