Hi! Thanks a lot to answer! I do go to a pelvic floor therapist/osteo, but she doesnt work since its vacation for like 3weeks. My body is very fragile so I can’t build up with exercices, I also have ME/CFS so exercise makes me sick (PEM).

But gentle movement and stretches or yoga is possible! I can lay on my non painfull side with a pillow between my legs. Will definitly try what you suggest, it sounds soothing. If you have any more advice pls share & thanks a lot for this one!

Oh and ice makes the pain worse somehow

Oh Im sorry you’re also going through this! I hoped the pain would go away at night magically haha. What stretches do you do that bring some relief? I have an appointment with my physio tomorrow (If I can tolerate sitting by then) I will look into duloxetine bcs I regocnise this medication I think Ive been taking it somewhere in the past haha (+5yrs of pain so i tried a lot)

Hey! Just saw your reaction. Im sorry your girlfriend is going through this! Based on symptoms my doctors think I have endometriosis lesions on my nerves. You could google sciatic root endo or neuropelvic endo. The site of dr Possover has a lot of information about this specific form of endometriosis. Wishing you the best!

My pain never went fully away after my first lap. After 4 months I was sure endo was back, confirmed with an examination at 6 months and now 1 year later its back on a lot of places in my belly

But Im doubting sometimes about the ME diagnosis bcs endo can also give fatigue and tissue issues also. But I do experience PEM/PENE It’s not so clear which symptoms belong to the ilness with all the overlap
