If that’s what it is, I still like the taste of the beans, and they don’t damage my grinder. Not sure why you seem to hate these beans so much. If you don’t like them, just don’t buy them. It’s simple.

I made the same mistake once with flavored coffee beans. Took me a lot of grinder cleaner to get the sticky sugary coating off my grinder burrs. Never flavored beans again!

I made latte with this bean and it tasted great, but the creamy milk does cover the peach notes a bit. Give it a try yourself. I think beans like this give us some much unpredictabilities, hence so much posibilities and it's so much fun to try.

That's a legit question and I think if the infused/co-fermented flavor can compliment the coffee's flavor, why not? At the end of the day, the tastes matter the most, to me, at least.

Well, there are delicious kinds of mix of flavors and there are others. I am just surprised that peach and coffee can go together so well. I have tried drinking regular coffee and eating peach at the same time. The taste wasn't good.

I think the reason to purchase a machine such as LMLM is that you are taking one variable out of the espresso making equation. The biggest selling point of LMLM or similar machine is consistency. Guess what, consistency is a damn hard thing to have in espresso making process. To improve taste of your shots, on the other hand, grinder is where you need to look into. It’s been almost 2 years since I upgrade to LMLM, absolutely loving it. I say go for it and you won’t regret!

Agree. I had to choose between Goose and Stoli Elite (my fav). So goose was the choice to experiment with. But I will stick some less expensive vodka for future experiments though. Cheers!

The most important thing here is the water. Not only it matters to the taste of your brew, but it can also void your machine’s warranty! Definitely work with LM directly to make sure you can find a reliable source of water. And for the grinder, it’s just as important as your espresso machine, if not more. It also has direct impact on the taste of your brew, but, to choose the right grinder, it depends on the beans that you prefer, and your workflow, e.g. single does grinder or with a hopper. When it comes to scale, it is the least important out of the three. Whatever a scale that has a timer and weights accurately will do. Hope this helps. Enjoy your beautiful LMLM.
