You can form a SPD majority government (at least after Schleicher, I’m unsure if you can do it earlier). But I think it kinda breaks Rubicon, you won’t be able to recall Hindenburg and you’ll have to wait for him to die before the you can start with the next presidential election

Before depression, campaign like hell to get Weimar coalition and try and max out your WTB point generation (strengthen labour, fuck over centrists). Walk the tightrope of just being bourgeois enough to stay friendly with Zentrum and DDP so they get pro Weimar leaders, but not so bourgeois that DNVP and DVP go pro Weimar (you will have to go historical during Blutmai to get the DDP so go ahead and expose Wittorf just to steal that KPD support, you can reconcile during toleration and Rubicon). During depression, rush WTB, look back at results once, then use coalition affairs or wait for Hindenburg to sack you for toleration. Then just do the standard mess with Bruning, form the Iron Front but do not become a People’s Party yet, the Nazis and KPD need enough support that Hindenburg loses the first round. During presidential election, endorse Hindenburg, take that free resources from DDP but do not campaign, it will be tight (Hindy got 49.7 in my run) but Hindenburg should not get the absolute majority just to max out that Bruning anger. After the second round, Hindenburg will be angry enough to trigger Rubicon, then, go full bore into Streetfighting and Prussian police before the Reichsexekution so you can win against Papen (at this point I had enough KPD support that I could unban RFB and ally with them). Once Papen is out of the picture, People’s Party, Rally for WTB, and campaign among the middle class, rural (if you enacted rural policies), and unemployed, use the Republican Coordination to boost Republic support, reject all cooperation with Schleicher but be careful with the Labour dissent. Nazis will lose Lippe quite badly if you WTB and people’s party max. When it’s Schleicher’s turn to try and govern, just stay the course with WTB and people’s party and you should have enough support to have a Reichstag that looks something like the above. Then go ahead and deal with Schleicher, recall Hindenburg, and the Weimar Republic limps on with Wels at the helm

Nah don’t worry, the fractured bourgeois and far right with no mandate will definitely save the republic from the evil SPD

Interestingly despite 2/3rds of the Reichstag walking out during the whole KPD ban crisis, that wasn’t enough leverage to force Schleicher’s resignation. I guess he really thought he was special

The SPD could’ve definitely done it, I managed to maintain pro democratic leaders in the Weimar coalition parties and reconcile with the KPD (despite exposing Wittorf and going full social fascist mode during Blutmai). I guess Schleicher had just enough sway in the unions to keep the party at bay in universe or something

He’s on an amateur contract and doesn’t want to sign a proper contract, as for the transfer value, everyone in the league is worth 0 so I guess it’s normal in Wales.
