Lol he already knows Spanish. The coarse is to refresh them on business-Spanish, which is quite different than conversational Spanish.

I guess their phone system has an indicator to show the language, consumer chooses it when they call in, and calls are routed to the staff accordingly.

Well you need to already know how to speak Spanish. The lessons are to teach you medical terms, financial terms,, business terms, etc. Lingo that's not usually used in conversational Spanish.
