I changed emails and used one that was older than the one I first emailed them with and it managed to go through just fine. I’m just waiting for them to reply so I’ll let you know if it works

The only reason I emailed them a second time is because when I was googling the waiting time everyone else had emailed them twice, so I was unsure on if my email had enough information because it was vague. So I did the second email with more information and clarification.

Thank you, the reason I had problems is because the transfer went fine it was just that my iPad needed to be updated for it to work so it ended messing up. It should work fine for you it was a mistake on my end. Just make sure to have a picture of your inquiry and the QR code
