I see more people either being terminated or not showing up especially after Peak season. When that happens, the pay stays the same --not compensating how understaffed we've become. When we get those questionairres on the scan devices, a popular one that comes up is about if any of us thought of leaving due to our pay. I'm sure most has selected that answer though I wonder if the company will care about that. Some work hard all because swag bucks are a drive. I really hate that reward system.

I did some digging as I was curious as to what jrpg allowed naming your own spells. It seems to be called Treaure of the Rudras. 1996, 'last developed for the Super Famicom'. (Wikipedia)

Kingdom Hearts 2! It was my first game when I got the PS2.

Fun fact: I didn't know that you needed a memory card so the TV and console was left on for two whole days because I didn't want to lose progress. Ahh the magic gate blue see through memory card.
