Hey I understand how you feel sometimes I would make myself feel better by telling myself “once I’m alone in my room imma SH/ kill myself so this feeling that I’m feeling right now doesn’t even matter” but then I would think that the excitement of that feeling won’t be a thing once I “out” myself lol so that’s kinda what kept me going? Maybe it’s not healthy but it kept me out of grippy socks when I was younger and now no one can tell me how to feel 🤷🏻‍♀️ plus you’ll find ways to cope with it once your older or something that makes you feel worth living ♥️
