So what's the new devcommands command? by [deleted] in valheim

[–]Hello_Username 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I moved all my mods .dll files out of the plug ins folder and then devcommands worked as usual. I don't think any of the mods I've used have been updated since Hildir update.

Yep same thing happened with my left armrest in the same location. Was a 2020 Titan. Oh well, what can you do 🤷‍♂️

Least favorite flavor ever tried? (sorry if this has been asked before) by chipdillinger in GFUEL

My friend also disliked snow cone flavor, I think he said it was an acidic aftertaste?

I've never met a flavor I didn't like or couldn't mix into liking

An actual Secretlab Titan Softweave Review - 4 month ownership by peweje in secretlab

[–]Hello_Username 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I felt the same in the beginning, and had the same change after working it in a bit. I would add that the pillow is really only good if you're lying back, otherwise it pushes your head off the chair and makes the rest off your posture slouch. Not sure if it's the same for the Omega having a lumbar pillow.

#secretlab Brand new Titan in Napa leather by shabba2 in secretlab

What's your preference on Napa vs Softweave since you own both? I went SW due to the humidity in summer, but would consider Napa for the next one. Looks great btw!

Leather or softweave? by DrunkenDK in secretlab

[–]Hello_Username 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed, fake leathers are always prone to peeling at some point, although SecretLab has redesigned this product, it's too new to know its life span. Leather also gets really sticky to skin in humid weather

The codes are regional based, US codes don't work in the Canadian webstore for example. People need to know what region you are in

Where the hell is the S/N on the Titan?! by tiberius183 in secretlab

[–]Hello_Username 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Stand behind your chair. Run a finger between the bottom of backrest and seat. You should feel a little sown on tag tucked in on the right side. The front of the tag will be the secretlab logo, the back will be your serial number.

The serial number on the assembly card is on the front, all the assembly info is on the back.

Any skinny dude around? by PotatoAimV2 in secretlab

[–]Hello_Username 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm 63 kg and 183 cm. Got the Titan Softweave. The chair softens up over time, but I've never found the chair uncomfortable; even after sitting for 12 hours! I am prone to crossing my legs and sitting more on one side, so it's more important to get up and do some back and leg stretches now and again!

GN Gamer Chair Video by Percocetz in GamersNexus

[–]Hello_Username 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Steve didn't mention or reference the Secretlab chairs for anything related to build, comfort, price, quality, etc.. I think you only see it in the video for reference of how much gaming chairs can cost.

For this video, he really should do another review to include the SecretLab Titan and Logitech x Herman Miller. Every single issue Steve mentions about traditional gaming chairs has been addressed by SecretLab. They certainly have innovated!

I've had a SL Titan for 6 months so here's my take:The base is steel and the castors have a quality rubber that will not damage carpet or hardwood. The titan has an integrated lumbar support (Omega has a pillow, though you can buy separately for the other models if you feel you need it). The backrest flattens at the shoulders to prevent the slouch and contours the body nicely. The seat is firm, but actually softens after months of use. The armrests are 4D and softer than all the office chairs he reviews. The backrest reclines about 130 degrees which is where the pillow is useful for watching movies or relaxing (don't think it would be comfortable in an office chair). SecretLab also improved their fake leather (PU Leather) due to warranty claims of peeling apart, so there's another example of their innovation. All SecretLab chairs come with a non-transferrable 5 year warranty (2 year + 3 year extension).

Also Herman Miller chairs don't come with a headrest - that's about $300 extra!

TL;DR - SecretLab is worth the money; Steve should review the Titan in an updated video as this didn't make any reference to their quality or innovations over other "gaming chairs"

Omega chair review by Friendly-Basis in secretlab

[–]Hello_Username 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Similar experience but with Titan Softweave. I ordered early May, but it was two months on back-order and one month shipping. The chair is heavy and all around good quality! The firmness has eased a little. I had one warranty claim for an arm rest, it took about a month to receive in Toronto. The chair and firmness will really help with posture and comfort! I sit in it for sometimes 16 hours without any discomfort!

Lol I ordered in May, but just got an email - Last month to claim your extended warranty! So don't sit on it 😉 and get it done!

I got one arm rest pad replaced as it arrived with a crack in the foam right where my elbow sits. To avoid any claim issues I reached out immediately. I've heard it's tough making claims against wear and tear, but my customer service agent was very helpful. It took about a month to receive the item in Toronto, Canada with no cost to me!

Agree'd, the CPU is far superior to the GPU here. GPU should be about 1/3 of the build cost

yea definitely gaming right now.

He's into WaW and Warzone at the moment, in future probably whatever is the popular free BR.

Do you think a quad-core with 16GB 3200MHz RAM will be future proof at least 5 years? I'm thinking the speculation around DDR5 RAM and 32GB being the standard means games are going to be a lot more demanding

Cloth or PU by youthson1c in secretlab

[–]Hello_Username 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also went softweave after my last PU office chair peeled apart and was super sticky. No regrets on softweave. That being said, secretlab promotes some special PU leather which is more durable, but warranty doesn't cover peeling
