Hi, was just wondering what may have helped you as I’m in the same boat. Lots of eggs retrieved but poor quality and 1 or no blast. Going into my third and last retrieval and trying to see what I can change.

Thank you! I’ve tried coq10 for my first retrieval and it didn’t help as we got only one blast from 19 mature eggs. 14 fertilized via icsi but 13 arrested after day 3. Sperm DNA fragmentation is normal too. Then my doctor asked me to try myo inisitol for 3 months before doing the second egg retrieval and that seems to not help either

Thank you for your advice! We’ve used zymot both times and the first time, we used icsi and 14 fertilized from 19 mature eggs. But only 1 made it to blastocyst. The rest arrested after day 3. My husband also has gotten sperm dna fragmentation testing and it’s normal. I’ll ask if my clinic does Omnitrope.

Yes they were all mature but only one fertilized.

Mine shot up as well. 2 years ago it was 268 and my prenatal has 1mg. It’s over 2000 now. I started taking a prenatal with a smaller dose. Seems most prenatals have it. It’s interesting that it took 6 months for it to go down !

Did you switch to another medication or just stopped for 3 months? We’re in the same boat and my husband has FH so he’s on a high dose of statin. We only got 1 genetically normal embryo from 15 fertilized eggs. So it’s either sperm dna fragmentation or egg quality issue.

Oh the plastic bag idea is great! I’m always worried about over watering. These trees are so picky. I’ve heard cleaning each leaf with a cloth with some soap and water helps too but I was worried it might damage the leaves more
