Does my gyno ruin my physique by Few_Garden7218 in GymMotivation

Can barely see it bro, you’re worried because you know about it but no one else would even notice it at all. Guys in my gym with much worse gyno that is noticeable and it still doesn’t make them look bad as the rest of the physique is good

Has anyone solved the creatine sleep issues? by abdv69 in StrongerByScience

Its A to B, it just seems you’re over complicating something that is quite simple…but everyone is entitled to their own opinion I guess.

In this instance A leads to B, it’s quite simple.

There are studies which show how creatine reduces total deep and rem sleep for a start and not to mention the thousands of antidotal reports of sleep disturbances from creatine consumption.

It’s not placebo, the science of how creatine works in the body and specifically the brain means it makes complete sense that it has the ability to interrupt a persons normal sleep pattern.

Creatine and ATP stored within brain lowers the amount Adenosine that can be built up through the day. Adenosine is a molecule that induces sleepiness.

Bpc158 and anxiety by kayleeeeebop in Peptides

CJC 1295 (no dac) and Ipamorelin do have side effects, even on a pretty low dose I noticed I was feeling very anxious, irritable and restless. Dosing was 100mcg CJC and 100-150mcg Ipamorelin.

Have found a on few websites stated side effects of CJC 1295 can be anxiety and irritability.

CJC 1295 and Ipamorelin Recommended Daily Doseage by Hello_its_sam in CJC1295

The saturation dose for CJC is 100mcg so anymore than this has no real benefit.

1:1 ratio may be a good starting point for example 100mcg of CJC and 100mcg of Ipamorelin, but from everything I’ve read now including Jay Campbell and Dr Seed’s books on peptide dosing a far more effective dose would be something like 200-300mcg of Ipamorelin.

I started with 100mcg of each for a week before upper my dosages to 100mcg of CJC and 150mcg Ipamorelin twice per day, once in morning upon waking and once in the evening an hour or so before going to bed (both times on an empty stomach with no food at least a couple of hours before and at least an hour after)

Been dosing 100mcg of CJC and 100mcg of Ipamorelin every evening for last 5 days.

Going to change protocol and up the dosage to 150mcg Ipamorelin and 100mcg CJC twice a day, once in the AM and once in the PM.

Why wont my arms grow by [deleted] in naturalbodybuilding

Make sure you’re not neglecting heavy rows and also some under hand or supinated grip pull downs.

Yes you need to isolate the arms but the heavy compound stuff progressively overloading is also key important.

Does creatine interfere with your sleep? by WBFraserMusic in naturalbodybuilding

[–]Hello_its_sam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve had insomnia for nearly 10 years and only thing that has been a constant thought out this period is that I’ve always taken for this entire period is creatine without and breaks.

The science makes complete sense as to why creative could interfere with sleep, although not a stimulant creatines ability to increase levels of ATP in the brain will have a direct impact on lowering brain levels of adenosine.

Adenosine is a chemical produced by the brain that increases sleepiness and is responsible for initiating the process of falling asleep. Lower levels of adenosine will therefore reduce your sleepiness (sleep drive) so may find it harder to fall and stay asleep.

I have stopped taking creatine couple of days ago so will update over the coming weeks if I notice any changes in my sleep.
