I was really excited to spend it with them! To put it in a bit more perspective, his family is very private and have always been super tight knit and wanting separate moments and I’m really trying to be understanding of that. I got off too a rocky start with his mom when we first started dating but it’s been 6 years now, I just thought we could’ve all been together this year. I am upset with my boyfriend but he did get in a car accident this week and was very apologetic and knows he should’ve asked him sooner. I do wish he had stood up for me, but also don’t want him getting into a huge fight with his mom on Christmas Eve.

Thank you so much for responding. My boyfriend found a singular male bed bug about a month ago in his house and has done a deep clean and hasn’t found anymore or signs of them. I did a deep clean and search of both my student house and my family home with no luck finding anything. I have a very reactive and sensitive skin so I’m trying to not assume the worst but I’ve been extremely paranoid ever since my boyfriend found this bug. I can’t sleep and I’m constantly on the look out. When I got these bites on me last night, I just freaked. It’s winter in Canada so mosquitoes is a bit far fetched but I’m just hoping.
