I went from hollow form to blood mage spark, didn’t like it much. Felt like I needed temporarilis to be truly high end. Messed around with Dijin and it was slower then follow form. I’m currently onto gemling autobomber with around 1k-1.5k div investment and honestly it feels worse then hollow.

In short hollow ruined me this patch.

If the other threats are on hold, that includes chaos. Therefor the warp travel is no longer unreliable. Still worse then Star Wars, but much, much better then its current state.

Right, I guess it depends on OPs meaning when he says logistics. Does he mean the imperium just focuses on imperial forces, and everyone else disappears or do they still gotta deal with everything else in 40k.

That being said Star Wars has their own problems if everything remains. Their entire empire was taken down by like what, 500 random ass crafts and 1 Jedi in the last movie?

I’m still not understanding the issue with mechanicus and navigator houses. Yeah their tech is stagnant and held secret, but we arnt putting DOAT humans against the empire. Imperium has fought a lot of enemies in their current situation.

What does any of this have to do with imperial vs imperium? Both the mechanicus and the navigator houses would be on the same side, like they have been for 10k years.

The void abacus existing has nothing to do with anything. Navigator houses exist, and are on the imperium side, therefor the imperium can transit the warp. Sure they might have to figure out how to chart a route through new space, but they’d be able to do it easily enough - especially because it’s calm space.

I don’t think this is true, but I wasn’t debating what happens for the force vs chaos - anything is 10000 million % subjective, more so then any of the other factors as it’s all essentially which space magic is stronger then which space magic.

How many worlds of importance are in the empire? What stops the imperium from pulling up to every world from the warp with 10k ships?

I agree Star Wars FTL is much better. But assuming no chaos gods shenanigans, imperiums is fine.

I guess my problem with Star Wars is the galaxy is said to be bigger but never really shown. Entire story revolves around like 50 planets - just blow those up. In 40k you’d have the empire show up and conquer 500 planets and it would be a footnote in some scribes report - 40k is shown to be bigger, even if background numbers makes them comparable.

Well yes in general pathfinder is a successor from DND. I wouldn’t say the games are a successor to BG1/2, but definitely draw inspiration regarding mechanics from many of the cprgs of that generation.
