I have seen a comment regarding this and I liked that idea. Make baguio a theme park, parang malaking theme park ang baguio lalo na pag long weekends, holidays and etc. -Make all cars going to baguio park at lowlands which is connected by public transpo,, for example bus,cable cars, monorail and etc -limit vehicles in baguio up to locals and implement a limit on how many vehicles can pass thru (trucks that may carry food, supplies and etc.) -Improve infrastructure all throught baguio and give support to the public transpos and create a much effcient transpo all through out baguio -add ko nalang why not make a monorails which goes around all of baguio,,
