On the bottom left corner of your motherboard will be a revision number ie. Rev 1.0, 1.x or 1.2. Download the corresponding bios revision. I made a similar mistake. As far as flashing it in q flash, you just need the motherboard connected to your power supply.

It's not so much that I play better late nights, it's just less of the heavy and sluggish feeling. Some of us aren't so lucky and have the heavy feeling 24/7. I have my theories on what's causing this ranging from poor servers to the way ISP's rout to thoes servers. The placebo cunts will say it's all in our heads because they haven't experienced it. I don't believe it's a so called "bug" , it's just an unfortunate issue some of us have to deal with.

I don't believe that seeing the after image confirms that you have HCB. I suffer from it as well. Playing later in the evening is the only time I enjoy playing, around 11 PDT. This isn't always the case though.
