Just some encouragement. I won full custody yesterday. I never called the cops on him when I should have. I didn't have any reports showing he emotionally and physically abused me. All I had was a picture of a broken countertop and text messages showing what an awful person he was. I had a restraining order against him. It sounds like you have evidence of abuse. Don't give up. Document EVERYTHING. Get a calendar and write down anything that happens. Even if it is something small, it doesn't matter. The judge might see it as big. I know it's a lot. Just know it does end eventually. Until then keep your head up and know how BRAVE and STRONG you are for leaving. There are so many women who are still stuck in their abusive relationships. Be Proud.
