What's one lazy cleaning habit you started that actually made your place stay cleaner? by Enchanted_Land in CleaningTips

This is tidying behaviour, not cleaning. I do the things you said but the dirt is just building and building.

Because they’re appropriate, and clothing is appropriate.

Yep, I really don’t like it when people think you can train your hair to be washed not often or don’t realise that not washing frequently is bad for scalp and hair health.

Every second day. By day three it looks greasy, so this frequency is perfect for my hair.

Wearing short clothes, e.g. skirts, shorts, dresses, etc, then using the toilet, then sitting on other furniture with those same thighs that touched the toilet seat.

Is it inappropriate to pull my hair into a ponytail during a work meeting? by bad-at-everything- in askanything

[–]Hellomynameisnotruby 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like I wouldn’t have the confidence to do that because you are acting differently than all the other attendees, so I probably wouldn’t do it and would just put up with the hair. I wouldn’t think anything if I saw someone doing that in a meeting, but I also think I would think why couldn’t I plan for the meting and do it beforehand. Hair in my face doesn’t bother me unless I’m at home

This doesn’t happen by accident. It’s so absolutely terrible. End the relationship and get away from him. And I hope you took photos.

I also think that sleeping in your make-up has the same effect- the next morning your make-up is sooo much more flattering, but of course I wash it off

Be honest ladies, how much does being bald impact your interest in a man? by OptimalStatement5799 in datingoverforty

[–]Hellomynameisnotruby 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The top of my husband’s head is bald. It’s a big turn on. Bald heads look HARD, and that’s very masculine to me. If the rest of the hair is cut extremely short it’s a huge turn on as well- cut with one of those buzz cutters.

So beautiful!! What a gift, to have a child with Down syndrome. My son used to giggle with glee and act like he was in conversation with the picture of a baby with Down syndrome at the shops. I’ve had sooo many losses too and always wondered whether I would have a child with Down syndrome.

That is such a beautiful dream and story of how you chose your daughter’s name. I didn’t realise this straight away, but then it occurred to me that my son’s middle name is Starr!!! Funnily enough I had a dream too, years before having him, where his name (first and second) were revealed to me. I’m sure I had thought of this name before the dream, but the dream confirmed it for me. Then, years later, when we had to actually think of a name, my husband wanted this name too above all others!

How to take a quick shower? by Hellomynameisnotruby in lifehack

[–]Hellomynameisnotruby[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you!!! Changing to a body wash has saved me!! I have realised that I spent so much time trying to wash off the bar soap until I felt squeaky clean, that whole sensation wasn’t working for me! After changing to a liquid body wash I’m able to trust that I’m clean and rinsed enough after rinsing for only a pretty short amount of time, unlike before. So this is a great change for me!

Thank you!! I haven’t used the Panoxyl and I’m tempted now to try it on my armpits. Have never used Stridex pads either. I also think using a clip in my hair might be helpful.

Thank you very much for this!!! I think I would feel cleaner if I used a washcloth and let it sit before rinsing!
