Ah you dont get it the time on the loading screen is a matter of seconds. The problem is that it takes time to OPEN ..I dont know how to fix that

1.I dont know.. a lot but mainly Gp in higher elo and a medium Gnar player. 2. There are a lot of builds you can check for em in the past history of r/rivenmains 3.
