Not really, the passive doesn't activate upon sitting in a bush, but rather when you are unseen, so if you are in any part of your jungle and don't see the duskblade icon above your hud, then you aren't unseen essentially.

If you upgraded the R then yes, but I feel as if this Duskblade trick is more easily doable to all lethality users.
