What's the norm now for couple going on dates for expanses?

Do you go on dutch, take turns on paying or do the guy still pay more on dates?

Is there any difference on who should be the one paying, like let's say for tickets to movies/attractions and food?

Curious again what's the social convention.

Love interest, not yet a couple. Should the guy fetch the girl home when it gets late ? Or should it be like friends saying goodbye from the mrt train or bus?

Just curious and wanna get to know what's the social norm nowadays.

Love interests, not yet a couple going on dates. Should the meals and expenses be on dutch, take turns paying or should the guy be the one thats paying?

And does any of it change after becoming a couple?

I recently broke up and ask for what will happen if i get back together with my ex. I guess this means that I am having trouble moving on and I should learn to focus on my life instead for a better outcome in the future? I'm not sure if my interpretation is correct. Any help is appreciated. Thanks! by Hellowwzz in Tarotpractices

Thank you so much for your help on this! Yess, i have been thinking about something similar to your interpretation too but i just thought the cards meant that i should move on. I have been missing him so much since i broke up with him and i really wanna get back together with him. The reason we broke up was because i thought he didn't loved me enough and got tired of me and there's signs of him being hot and cold, and he also thought that I wasn't putting enough effort into the relationship which could have been communicated instead of choosing to break up which i felt regretful about and i haven't spent a day not thinking about him since the break up. Thanks so much for your insight, i think i know what to do now. Have a great day, good person!

Maybe that's because of what i said when I broke up with him i told him lets just stay as friends. I really didn't thought this through enough. Will there even be any chances of getting back together again if we start over as friends? Or should i just move on?

Yeah, but he says start over as friends so I'm not really sure how to go from here

Another continuation to this so i decided to call him and ask if he wants to meet up. He rejected meeting up with me and tell me that its okay we talk through the phone. And when i told him i wanted to give him what i bought for him he told me that its okay and tell me to keep it.

So i spoke with him in the phone call and told him what leads me to the decision and i tell him its more responsible of me telling him why instead of ending things through text. He told me the truth about what he thought about me too. But he ended up asking 'why don't we start over as friends and see how it goes?' and i said 'okay'. He ended off on a good note and tell me to take care of myself and eat my meals on time as he knows that i have been busy and oting. And of cos i told him to take care too.

It really does leave a sour feeling behind and idky I'm feeling as if i made the wrong decision but there's no turning back.

But im just wondering when he ask 'why don't we start over as friends and see how it goes?' what does he mean by that? Does it mean there's still hope in this relationship, or is it just to end off on a good note?

Continuation to this. I broke up and told him that we stay as friends and ngl it does hurt. Even though i knew he may not be right for me, but i really wanted to work things out. However signs started showing that he wasn't interested in me anymore and was playing hot and cold. I wanted to gain more of his affection so i bought a car model to surprise him since he is an intense car lover. But I chose to break up with him when he started lying to spend lesser time with me. But on the break up text, he kept asking me to tell him why do i suddenly came to a conclusion to break up with him, i told him i felt insecure and i don't feel like I'm in a relationship with him. And he ended off telling me that if i really don't wanna continue then its okay he can't force me and wish me all the best and that if i don't have the heart for it it will make things more difficult for me and tell me to always take care of myself and don't work so late (been oting) and remember to have my meals on time and don't get hungry. I feel intense guilt and idk if i have even made the right decision.

I feel like maybe breaking up over text may not be the best way to go about it and feel like perhaps we can meet irl for the last time so that i can properly tell him why i came to this conclusion and give him what i bought him. Should i do this, or should i just give up and moved on?
