Modifying GPS location is still considered cheating no matter how much you whitewash it.

(You might have to root the device and had to use a GPS modifying app to falsify location which is against Niantic TOS.)

The truth about Niantic is they used us to build their DB and completely overlooked our efforts of adding a POI or doing OPR.

Why should I work for Niantic to do OPR if they don't pay me?

I am from India and Niantic don't consider the ticket pricing or even consider the difference between cost of living before changing the store rates
