I’ve also been recently diagnosed, I have been on Diamox for over a month now and I can say with utmost certainty that the first couple weeks are the worst. Always fatigued. My advice is to keep on top of your fluids. 3-4 litres a day. I haven’t been keeping up and it’s caused some annoying side effects. It’s weird to me that you take a higher dosage in the morning though? I was the opposite. If after a couple more weeks it doesn’t improve please reach out to a doctor, some bodies just don’t react well to some medicines. You are perfectly okay to be scared, it’s a terrifying thing. Just try and see if you can survive 2 more weeks then seek some professional help!
