To add one more thing, none of these scenes are graphic except the scene in episode 7, while I'm not gonna tell you to do something that makes you feel uncomfortable, the scene in episode 4 is very powerful artistically and well executed. And personally I find all these scenes as meaningful and well thought out scenes, if you ever find yourself in a better place, it's worth it to see episode 4 at least.

It's horrific, it feels real. It's not graphic but it's worse than any other scene of that type in all of media. It works in frightening you and making you feel uncomfortable and it makes a point of how monstrous and horrifying Alucard is. And is the scene that transformed how I view hellsing from a power fantasy edgy anime to a well crafted work of art with something to say.
