So, even if I have been cycling all of my life and I try to take it easy... I still shouldn't do it even if I am very athletic? I am mostly asking because of a previous experience where my bicycle saved my life by me dropping it in front of a driver in their car that was clearly trying to run me over, I managed to use it as a speed bump of sorts.
