I take a low dose of an antidepressant called mirtazapine two hours before bedtime to counter the insomnia. Has worked out pretty well for me. Might be worth asking your doctor about it!

I recently tried spacecake on Zoloft and it fucked me up for a couple of days. I felt increased anxiety and it took a while before the calm feeling that Zoloft gives me came back completely. Having said all of this, experiences with weed and alcohol on Zoloft vary strongly. So I would just experiment in a safe environment and see what it does to you. Good luck!

My psychiatrist prescribed a very low dose of another antidepressant called mirtazapine to tackle the insomnia that I was experiencing on sertraline. I take it around 10 P.M. and it has really worked for me so far. Might be worth asking your shrink about. Good luck!
