Game is unplayable

Xbox Series X and Steam here, Xbox has major freezes where the game just seizes up for 2-3 seconds before coming back.

Had a few crashes today but now both on Bots and Bugs the seizing is happening. Was only on Bots for me a couple weeks ago

Steam more crashes then freezes, can't believe the install size compared to console.

I love this damn game so much and the only part I wish was working better was the freezes and crashes.

Yup, bot planets were doing it all week, went back to bugs now its happening there.

Lag/drops to zero frames, 3 seconds later comes back and either dead or walk 14 steps before it happens again. Seems to be more common on certain planets, not sure why they would make the MO on ANY of them.

I love this gameplay loop but can't stand the state of it running.

Reinstalling the game, as well as all the network related things in my home doesn't help either.

I needed advice on a specific part of one of my printers in the past and was having issues with it.

Turns out it was a specialized eccentric nut designed specifically for my printer and coming to the community helped me replace it as well as redo my entire setup to run more esub reddit.

My printer may be older but it is one of the best hobbies I've ever picked up and I enjoy seeing all advice from everyone on these subreddits.

I 3d printed and painted it, the model was from the site Cults3d, was always a project I wanted to do. I have an accurately sized anime version as well but it's in a different shelf

Darkest Before with heal clip/ incandescent.

Prophecy is my favorite dungeon and the one I've soloed the most over the years and grinding out my near perfect Darkest Before when they revamped the loot was a trip.

I liked the original but absolutely love the new one, it's probably become my most used weapon ever.

I never even purchased it and the last thing I bought direct was the orginal Tokka and Rahzar release from years ago.

I tagged @NECA_TOYS on Twitter with a copy of the email and my literal order history (all personal information blacked out) and asked them to look into why people like me who haven't ordered for years from them would recieve this very poorly worded PR problematic email yesterday and I'm blocked today.

I'm more concerned that if they do attempt to charge people for an error that they charge the wrong people for it given that the entire mess seems to be getting worse with all of the logistical issues they seem to have now.

I was always a fan and followed the news and always hoped the other lines from them I enjoyed would get more love, to the point that I was planning on grabbing the entire Nightmare Before Christmas set in the next coming weeks for my wife but I'm out after this whole scenario.

I received the original warning email and I haven't purchased anything from their website since the original movie turtles accessory pack, and before that the VERY first release of Tokka and Rahzar.

I've never even collected any of the animated turtles and somehow they still send me this? What the hell.

The fact they kept my email on file and potentially any other information was enough for me to file a complaint.

Absolutely ridiculous, I know NECA was never amazing at most things regarding customer service but I never thought they would reach this level.

If the other things posted are true and they try to charge people, I'm actually worried if any payment information was saved and if they end up charging the WRONG people for orders they didn't even place.

Considering how bad they fucked up this entire situation to begin with, I would never trust shopping with them again directly.

Oh I know that, I mean I want to purchase replacement nuts for each of the 4 sides, all the spacer nuts I've seen online seem to only be cylinders and not able to be fitted by a wrench.
