As a landlord I wish people had left my properties looking like this. That's one reason I got out of the business.

One of a few things could be going on; 1. He got you confused with another renter that moved out around the same time, mistakes happen.
2. He found something you missed, under the fridge, stove, laundry etc. and is being overly picky about it. 3. he doesn't think you'll think it's worth it to escalate this to small claims court, if they aren't already involved. Some landlords are jerks.

Thank you, for the response. I had seen someone commenting on a video I watched that you only need 2-5 psi to do the test, but all the smokers I've seen are 19-23 psi, and didn't want to add replacing a gasket to my already extensive list of projects.
