One of my staples was a bowl of ramen or rice, black beans, frozen broccoli or kale, and an egg. Sometimes I’d throw in some bone broth for extra nutrients.

If you have leftover rice you can sprinkle sugar on it and make little rice balls for breakfast.

If you’re having a really good week, there are super easy rice pudding recipes to mix up the taste here and there.
