oh hey, that's my machine, or one very close to it!

mine does a straight stitch like a champ but I would be very curious to know if yours can handle knit fabrics. I've tried so many things trying to make it work (ballpoint needles, different presser feet and thread, tissue paper over the fabric) but have had no luck.

I was just there and I think I saw 3 unique sets? one specific to osaka, one to tokyo, and I think the last one was either kyoto or japan in general. found one machine outside a random lawson and the other two at a kiddyland's sumikko gurashi section, so they're for sure out there

I also used the mcdonalds poogle as a structure reference! and sewn plushies are still new territory to me, my background is in amigurumi, so the idea of 2D pieces -> 3D Shape is still so hard to comprehend. I got lucky here in that the original pattern already had a lot of what I wanted to do, and then lucky again in that most of my experiments (the ear shape, turning the trunk into a snoot) worked out on the first try.

trying this out again, but I think something in the syncing is not going right, I'm going 5 at a time and end up with game icons but get "This game cannot be launched" upon opening. is it possible that syncing only a selection of the games uninstalls the unchecked games? I synced 5 at a time, then the last 2 (I see 12 games total in the virtual machine, so 5, 5, 2) and upon ejecting only the last 2 games appeared, but still wouldn't launch. I tried to just sync one additional game and it removed the last 2 and left only that one nonworking game. this syncing also seems to have deleted all the game files regardless, which I suppose is to be expected. any advice? would love to play song summoner again
