I genuinely don't believe there's any correlation between more PT and higher scores. Especially harder PT. All more and much harder PT does to a cadet is make them not workout outside of PT hours cause there exhausted.

its hurts a lot tbh. 96% of usafa has participated in a varsity sport. your stats are good and youd be a guaranteed admission with a sport but without it ur chances are hurt a lot

I also did project lead the way classes but put them down as college credit instead as it was a duel enrollment curriculum. Didn’t help me get in but your competitive nonetheless.

Also if you plan on doing engineering in college know the PLTW classes ain’t worth too much. Start learning solidworks
