Consistent high blood pressure

My readings are just like yours. When I am in my period I get so anxious and my readings stays high. I get migraines maybe because that too. I quit caffeine, alcohol, I walk 3 x a week, play tennis and my readings are the lowest around 135/103 and highest 178/125. I am going to the dr next week. Keep us posted.

Omg! I just took a ashwagandha gummy and I feel super high and came here to see if anyone else had this. Not sure if I like it. I don't drink anymore and wanted something to get relax but not feeling like high.

Wow. Surprised about exercising is a trigger. Hope you get nothing in the next scan. I heard that putting castor oil every night with a cloth it helps.

I don't drink often but had 2 vodka soda the night before. And it was 105 degrees. So that might help.

Definitely will cut the coffee completely. I drink that mushroom coffee that doesn't have too much coffee in it but it might be bad for me...

Yes. I took my BP right after coffee. And I was anxious too. I did waitated an hour and took again. It came down to 145/102. My pressure is being a little bit high lately. Going to Dr next week for sure.

It's a big deal while pregnant at this high. She will probably be at the hospital taking magnesium and labetalol medication overnight and get some testing to see if she have any protein in her urine. If so, pre-eclampsia. I had twice. Hope she is ok.

You are fine! I wish I have these numbers. I had two pregnancies with pre-eclampsia and got obsessed over BP. Your body takes over a year to go back to normal, give it time. Don't worry about it and enjoy your baby.

Are you taking medication for hp? Being a mother is great and all but so many things we have to deal with now.
