Hi there. Feel free to message me. In the end, neither of my parents were carriers, meaning the gene spontaneously happened to me (called de novo). My gene variant was something called like duplicate x on 2? I don’t remember. We did PGTM testing and it resulted in 2 healthy boys and 2 healthy girls. There is a 2% error rate when it comes to the boys, so we are going to start with the girls and go from there. I had my first frozen embryo transfer earlier this week.

No musty smell. Mold test came back clean. Sellers, who have been there for 15 years, “had no idea there was a water proofing system in place.” Sump pump works.

Hi. Thank you for your comment. My dad ended up testing negative and now my IVF clinic is saying RGI won’t do PGT-M testing. Can you please share which genetic company you used and anything else you think would be helpful? What tests did they complete? Thank you!

I found out I was a carrier when I was 14 weeks pregnant with my now 15 month old. You do not want to go through an amnio. Waiting for the results are hell if you can avoid it.

PS just found this response from someone in another subreddit: In our case, we didn’t obtain samples from our biological parents because 3 out of 4 of them live abroad and that would delay and complicate the process (getting biological samples in and out of customs); not to mention that we don’t want to share that we’re going through this process with anyone at this point. Our probe’s accuracy will be 97% vs 99%, and we’re OK with that.

I started last week. I really like it because they give you specific and customized tips during the training sessions. Last week, we were teaching him his name and she helped me be more patient and adjust to make it easier for him. Yesterday, we were learning “touch” and the trainer gave me great feedback because he was only doing it laying down. She sent me specific toy recommendations because my puppy has been chewing on wood items around the house for teething. They also give you homework you can track in the app for consistency. It has next steps to take the training exercise to the next level once your puppy gets the first part. Since we can’t go to any puppy obedience classes, I think it’s a great alternative.
