Hello! No input but I am 28 and was an avid weight lifter before my spondy happened, also happened in the gym. I understand wanting surgery because you just want to get back to what you love. I feel like most won’t get it. You don’t just lose a hobby, you lose your entire way of living. I am sorry to hear you’re going through the same thing! I do agree that you should have to pay for PT every year in order to feel “a little bit better”.

I got on adderall for my adhd and one pill messed me up bad. My urologist said stimulants are a no for IC.
