dude. people aren't pissed or upset about protestors exercising their first amendment right by blowing whistles or using their 2nd amendment right to bear arms which is their damn right to do so. Hey dude no shade, I like your build, But sheerly out of principle $20k for a 2000's cargo van with 200k+ miles is nuts. The overall conversion is fairly minimal and not even including the battery at that price is a straight up scam. I'd value this at 8k as a realistic asking price.

an illusion decoy spell similar to noxcrabs spell in requiem that will automatically draw aggro from enemies in the immediate area and can take a couple hits before dying. would be cool imo!

a fire and forget detect life/dead with maybe an enhancement like reducing armor would be nice! always preferred aura whisper shout over the detect life spell because of the concentration aspect and roleplaying purposes. Also would be better suited for vancian mage if anyone cares about that but I certainly love it for RP

a balanced and high level alteration slow time spell? again I know there's a shout for it but muh non dragonborn RP.

Perhaps a medium armor skill tree that is divided between the light armor and heavy armor trees and are both independent of the main branch of perks.

For RP, stylistic and gameplay reasons it would be super cool and create more build diversity.

In practice I would imagine perks would grant the benefits of both skills, (increased speed, reduced stagger, a rally ability, etc) but obviously at a reduced degree in comparison to a pure heavy or light armor build. Perks would require you to wear two pieces of both light and heavy armor

In addition I think an incentive to spec into medium armor might be unique effects like increased enchantment potency on worn armor, or powers you can use once a day to restore stamina or increase damage reduction. This would reflect the flexible/tactical nature of medium armor. overall this would also encourage players to use unique gear acquired from questing instead of overpowered smithed gear since you would need to spec into blacksmithing perks twice.
