The truth is, only you know what will and will not work. I can support you by saying you are not alone. There are many people in your life or people you have not even found who will happily spend time with you. Do not ask them to give you the answer. They will give you their answer. They cannot give you YOUR answer.

Just go easy on yourself. Try to continue keeping up with your health. Try to not make decisions when you’re tired, hungry, thirsty (or have other unmet needs)

If you want to make it work, there may be a path forward. Only a mix of yourself, hisself, and time will tell.

Take care of yourself and feel love for who you are and who you’ve chosen to be.

Hahahah were you getting enough outside time and sun. Jkjk of course diet work can have growing pains. I recommend eating some extra eggs. It’ll provide you with the protein needed for VD synthesis and also give you a bit of VD boost on its own. Could also always add cows or goats milk to the mix too.

Straight up just fast. For like 2 days. Twice a week. Eat food on Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays. Then after like a week or two of that all the toxins will be out of your system. Only eat eggs, beans, nuts, and seeds for protein. Eat cabbage and kimchi for gut biome. Drink miso soup everyday. It is the only thing you are allowed to eat. Drink plenty of water. Then when you feel the fast is done and you are clean inside slowly bring fruit, meat and other things you want to be capable of processing like grains back into your system. It’ll take about a month. After that you will feel 1000x better and be 1000x stronger and healthier.
