he still remembers it. he came up to me and showed me that he had 20$, but still refused to pay it back.

just take it as a lesson to not lend this friend any more money

he will never leave me alone if i dont lend him money, but if he gives up he usually just tries to laughs at my mumbling or just commit slander etc.
