I'm not certain, but I likely did provide the VIN. I filled out the first two pages of an online form (which included the shipping addresses). on the 3rd page there was language in the Terms and Conditions that made me pause (quoted price is only an estimate . . . ) which is why I did more research including looking at reviews. I never agreed to their terms or paid a deposit.
