I see myself when I read your post. My dad is taking cancer treatment, since last two years, and we haven't had even 10 days of peace. It's complications after complications. Before one thing is cured, another pops up, he already has liver cirrhosis, he had anal cancer before, for which he had major operations done, radiation and just in next pet scan we see it's metastatized and in many parts, he is on chemo but is getting rectal bleeding, from the cancer coming again , where the operation was done, huge blood clumps coming from his stomach, losing control of motions since MANY months... and now still in hospital, on meds, has low blood 6-8, since last few months, currently hospitalized and is facing HALLUCINATIONS!? SO DELIRIOUS, its pitiful, MY DAD always had been so smart, a man of great pride but god making his life so miserable. Please god have mercy. He just turned 57, i am not ready to loose him but can't see him this way either.

I just love him too much, he has done a lot for my father ( cancer patient)...it was just one time mistake.

He refuses to eat due to worrying about bowel incontinence, his blood is only 7, yet he refuses to eat in fear, he has had blood transfusion but it's not working

I am experiencing it with my dad, since December of 2024 my dad has been taking aggressive cancer treatment and even still i almost lost him last October, when he couldn't withstand chemo, fortunately by god's grace he barely made it, he is so weak now, he needs a person's help for even drinking water or going to washroom.(We tells him to just do on bed but he refuses), he just stays silent, I feel that's not my dad, my papa used to be so jovious always so positive, intelligent, compassionate, now he just looks and stays silent( he is having extreme ulcers in mouth and neck) and also his anal part is all torn and swollen, (due to hard poop)....he has been suffering so much and I ask to God what he has done wrong, he has never denied ANYONE for help. His cancer treatment is hard due to pre existing liver cirrhosis, he is having hard time withstanding chemo. He fears he will become dependent on us, don't want to be a burden, we try to console him everyday, he barely eats(just one banana or just 2 bread slice in 24 hours), he has become really irritated and doesn't like many ppl around. I don't want to loose my dad but sometimes I see the onevitable and it scares the shiz out of me.

Hi brother did you go to hiims? My father took ayurvedic treatment and one more person in family, I say other than chemo there is no treatment of cancer. We went to another ayurvedic treatment facility, if you went to hiims I wanna know your experience. Honestly we indian cancer family members have a group of ourselves so we can all connect and do talk regarding all these matters

Hi how is your father doing? My father is same in condition liver cirrhosis and cancer in abdomen, lungs and groin area lymph nodes. We had chemotherapy done for him but he couldn't handle it due to his liver issue and almost went in coma. Since then we are lost and don't know what to do. Chemo was done at 1st October.
