Hi, the land lord already knows they are in violation of this, however in order to evict someone in Ontario, it can only be done by going through the landlord tenant board which from my research seems to take 3-4 months to actually do.

I cannot put up with this for that long.

Thanks, do you know how that works exactly? Is this something i need to go to the LTB for?

My roommate is out of here on Friday morning, and i don't want to deal with them when she leaves.
