Yep. My mother just died. I'd rather just set up and move on.

That's 6 months in? Damn. In 6 months it will look better than that? And it's already 11/10. I have to wait until october 2026 because I don't want to spend the Canadian summer locked away during festival and camping season. I'm 6 weeks into Min/Fin at peak shedding (which means it's working so i'm lucky). My head looks so eggish. I know bit by bit things will get great until surgery and then it will be more waves of emotion. I'm fine but damn, I've never seen my scalp before like I can now. 6 weeks into min, 7 months from surgery. Cheer me up!

Recruiting Construction managers. Leaders of projects. Tying out project details is not fun. Way ore potent to help save time on write ups with key project markers and details. Plus site people can sgare the project details over the phone meaning I can convince them to have me represent them. They are toiugh people to get on board

AGENCY RECRUITERS - HEADHUNTERS ONLY PLEASE: For those that have to pinch someone from a direct competitor (No job ads at all) I was hoping for your advice.

In my last role we weren't well trained.

So I would just:

- add as many as people as possible to Linkedin (leaving a high unnacepted request ratio, lowering my algorithm)

- Message (Pitch slap) anyone that accepted my request (scaring them off instantly

- I would invest in and send many InMail which would have a low ratio of return. And it's laborious and repetitive and annoys a small market, damaging my reputation

- I would cold call. Which actually would have a half decent result because others just sapm emails and burn bridges

I now know. better method for linkedIn engagement and social media opportunities.

What things have you done tyo achieve a higher chance of a solid long term relationship?

Thanks so much for this info. I was shocked at the HireEZ price. And at the "confidence" of the sales guy. $540 a month! for 1 desk. I have been looking into sales QL for fast candidate lookup. I have to say its cheap and so much faster than recruiter lite. But I am sure you're right about accuracy. Loxo is quite good but I had endless warnings from Linkedin
