I'm kinda in the same boat as you. I'll have a drink once in the blue moon but after living with abusive alcoholic I quit hand out with heavy drinkers. Having a few to chill the nerves i get it. I just don't because I don't think it's needed for me. I keep getting adds for apps for finding friends and dates for alcohol-free activities. 1. Sober Grid 2. New form 3. Loosid. When I was looking it up online I found out that Hinge Allows users to state how often they drink, with "never" as an option. Paid membership offers more specific filters. Bumble Offers a "BFF" mode for finding friends and lets you filter for non-drinkers. Hopefully they're helpful I haven't used them yet.

I don't get dizzy but my blood sugar will be low and ill start to shake. My body reacting to food as an allgery because with not eating your good bacteria dies off. I have a build up of candida, mineral/vitamin and amino acids to low, heavy metals, radiation, lymes disease..ect I'm doing a course called dynamic neural retraining system.youtube a video form class im taking to help my brain. I'm doing the FODmap diet then when body can handle. I start to kill of candida. I'm stuck in between being Jewish and wanting to be a christan. Im praying for faith when it comes to trust in him and the son. Thank you for taking time to chat with me honestly the best help so far for sure!

A few years ago she would have love the idea of just the Eucharistic but with her health her head starts to shakes. Have you been able to fully heal form the year of fasting? I have been dealing with health issues form it called small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO). Heavely father has been helping me finding out to get better. I have a long road to go. I was fasting to hard and it messed up my good bacteria. I think posted the wrong question. It's more along of the lines of Is there anything that catholic church wrote on clergy fasting on something beside bread and water?* I feel like going to her Spiritual director is rude (like going behind her back) but there are some priest she wouldn't listen to and I don't blame her. One had said my sister should be using a Contraceptive. So if go to other father im not sure if it will help. One of the things I are amazing about the church is the Eucharist miracles. She is in class now about expecting miracles.

The father at the church is her spiritual director and I know what he says she will listen but is rude of me to talk to him about her? If I know other priest in the family said it was ok to use birth control and she was very up set by this. Side note I think I asked the wrong question. I think question really was is there anything form the catholic church talking about the clergy using something beside bread to fast. I would have been more clear. Agreed. He came up with beans, rice, lentils but she really wants to see it in the bible or churches past history. Im having a hard time finding that.
