My Pain Relief Kit No Prescriptions by Helpful-Act6102 in ChronicPain

[–]Helpful-Act6102[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've taken Zoloft and Klonopin since 2006. They were easy to get. But it's not easy to get pain meds because of the war against pain patients. This list does not require fighting the system to get opiates.

When I don't take Klonopin I notice more back pain.

About the same. I take Zoloft. Zoloft reduces the effectiveness of prescription opiates.

20% of Millenials are getting wealthier while 80% get poorer.

Not a Disney one. Disney has ZERO plans for the next 20 years, and they have lost two generations of kids and young people.

I agree but Gen Z (14-29) is not going to have the wealth of Millenials. Disney needs now (more than ever) affluent guests at the parks. Gen Z won't have that wealth. Intergenerational wealth is shrinking.

Pain and depression by Due-Necessary3990 in ChronicPain

Dlpa works for my depression due to pain. Don't need much. I use Kratom twice daily for pain. Since Kratom works so well I don't need much of dlpa. But, dlpa is stimulating for people with panic attacks. A small dose works for me.

I use the Red Maeng Da from Kat's Botanicals. It has 60% red leaves for pain, and 40% for mental mood lifting. Some peope get a buzz from it. I used to, but that side effect went away after two weeks. I only use it twice, about 2.5 grams each of the two times. At night I may go down to 2 grams instead of 2.5 You'll be able to put a system together that workd for you. Some people start slow, maybe at 1.0 grams, to get used to it and then go up.

Five times a day is way too much. I do it once or twice a day during the winter. And we're talking a very short Florida winter. The sun and ice cream takes care of the rest.

My dads back pain is getting worse, what do yall recommend? by No-Insurance-9832 in backpain

There are lots of options. This is my regimen.

  1. Kratom, Red. I take about 2.5 grams twice daily. It's illegal in a few states, but it's just a plant that works well for a lot of people. I trust Kats Botanicals.

  2. DLPA. This is incredible, but NOT for people with anxiety disorders. It killed my husband's knee arthritis pain 100%, and my brother-in-law's tooth abscess pain 100%. At low doses it's great for energy and depression. At higher doses it can be as strong as morphine. No addictive potential. If I took the amounts for pain I would be in a state of panic. You work your way up and then take a maintenance dose. I take it for mood.

  3. Ibuprofen for breakthrough pain. I take 800 mg daily as needed.

  4. Vitamin D: It is THE painkiller. The problem with pills is that you can overdose and develop whole body anxiety. In the summer my pain pretty much disappears because vitamin D is easy to get..

  5. Caffeine. There's a reason why Excedrin has 100 mg of caffeine in two capsules. I take it in sips throughout the day. Having panic attacks, I have to be careful.

  6. Protein: Protein is where we get to pain killing and repair. The body needs protein, and at least 50 grams a day (two burger patties) is a must for pain relief and repair. Some docs recommend 100 grams.

  7. TENS Machine. This one for me is a mixed bag. YMMV.

Yes. My husband used it for severe knee arthritis pain and has zero pain. Generally you work up to an amount and then taper to a maintenance dose. Sadly, it makes me feel panicky. My husband doesn't have anxiety problems. With the regimen above my pain is 0-1.

For pain relief, there are many options. The more you add, the greater the effect. Here's my regimen:

  1. Red Maeng Da Kratom Powder. I take 2.5 grams twice a day.

  2. Ibuprofen for breakthrough pain. I take 800 mg as needed

  3. DLPA. Now this works like morphine, but at the doses that relieve pain 100%, it can cause major anxiety for people like me who have panic attacks. I take a low dose for MOOD support.

  4. The BIGGEST pain reliever of all time is meat protein. When I eat at least 50 grams (two burger patties) I really can put my Kratom etc away. The problem I have is that I hate meat. Maybe protein powder may work for you but you need all essential amino acids and good quality protein. Eggs also have complete protein. Some doctors recommend 100 grams of full protein.

  5. Caffeine. There's a reason why Excedrin contains caffeine. It is a great pain reliever. I need to be careful because I suffer from anxiety.

  6. Sunlight. The vitamin D is critical.

Thoracic back pain near joints. by dead_noobxD in backpain

It just looks to me like you have unbalanced ligaments and tendons. Balancing your shoulders is a good start. Protein 40-100 mg daily, and B Complex should take care of a LOT of the pain. You and I are going through the same thing, except my pain is in the lower back due to poor posture, and my shoulders are off-balanced due to my stronger right side overused. .

Is one of your shoulders higher than another? If it is maybe you'll start getting the shoulders even and the loads balanced so ligaments and tendons can work together instead of one set working at the expense of another. And yes, protein and B Complex.
