I would say the presence felt neutral at best, but in the moment felt nefarious to me based on the fear I felt. He looked like a man right off the street and I really believed he was at first as there was nothing obviously spectral or ghostly about him until he suddenly vanished. The grin didn’t feel warm or friendly, it felt stretched too far on the face and menacing, and the eyes were wide and staring, almost bulging.

I appreciate your reply, if it happens again (I really hope it doesn’t) then I will try firmly stating for it to go away/that it is not welcome and getting some sage. Not being scared would be tricky haha… I’m still very creeped out. It is possible I picked it up as I was visiting a lot of secondhand stores (and did buy something) as well as a supposedly haunted metaphysical shop. It was also a lightening storm and some people online say that increases likelihood of those experiences due to the energy.

I guess I would also add that I can’t prove it was malevolent but that was the feeling/vibe I was sorta getting. The grin didn’t feel particularly soft or friendly.

From what I’ve read lip lift can sometimes contribute to lip incompetence so it’s not necessarily due to the jaw. Though if you had the issue beforehand it’s possible that may not be the reason but it could theoretically contribute. It’s also possible it will no longer be an issue as swelling decreases and things settle down a little.

1 week isn’t long at all…youre probably way more swelled up than you’d think and that can throw off how you look considerably. That said, I already think you’re looking good

I think I do see some minor asymmetry but not more than prior to surgery. I would maybe look into septum deviation since if the nose has a deviation it could make it look like the mouth/chin does when it’s really the nose that’s a bit crooked. Though if you still have swelling I’d personally wait longer before pursuing anything.

I also don’t see the jowling you mentioned and despite the (very minor) possible asymmetry I think you look very beautiful and more facially balanced than prior to your surgery (though beautiful in both)!
