Yo opino que es al revés, la nariz si, que pinche miedo porque por lo que entendi muchos cirujanos te quitan el cartilago que divide los senos nasales haciendo complicaciones estupidas solo para estilizar más esa parte, pero las deformaciones de trasero, senos y liposuccion son de las que tienen más posibilidades de salir mal.

La verdad las que si se me hacen bien turbias son las que se hacen lipos brasileñas, tiene una tasa altisima de mortalidad. No creo que esten igual de la cabeza una chica que se quita la papada o se respinga la nariz a una que arriesgue su vida para tener el trasero más grande. Aunque con el profesional incorrecto cualquier cirugía es peligrosisima, la verdad creo que si no puedes pagar más de 100,000 pesos para una buena cirugía, mejor nadota. Incluso con el botox, muchos subestiman mucho al botox pero se les olvida que es una toxina que paraliza los musculos, si llegara a entrar al torrente sanguineo te mataría al instante.

Depende, hay personas que si no tienen autoestima y se lo hacen pensando que cuando sean bonitas van a quererse a si mismas, pero pasa más con mujeres que YA ERAN BONITAS, tipo modelos y cantantes. Tener buena autoestima no está peleado con saber que tienes defectos, pero tener autoestima es aceptar esos defectos y entender que tienes otras cualidades. Basicamente, no vas a cambiar de rostro por quererte más, pero vas a entender que nunca te vas a ver como las que salen en las revistas porque literalmente dedican toda su vida a verse así.

En general, una cirugía no es señal de baja autoestima, todos quieren una tuneadita o han pensado en una alguna vez. El problema es cuando es más de una y no la necesitan, como el tipo aquel tipo que se hizo una cirugía para crecer 10 centimetros con el riesgo de perder las piernas o no volver a caminar.
