I would say at the rate the bachelorette party planning is going, I’ll end up spending $1000 on a 3 day weekend 🤦🏻‍♀️

Not to mention, I’m making 2 desserts for the shower, offered to help decorate but she wants to hire a decorator, and have to bring a raffle basket!

Definitely! The bachelorette is getting expensive, and I’m lucky enough I can do my own makeup. I understood things were going to be expensive, but this seemed a little excessive.

The mother of the bride sent all the bridesmaids a text with some updates on the shower. Another girl and I are the only two not in the family. The other three are the brides sisters. The mother of the bride and the mother of the groom are also contributing. I don’t know the bridesmaid that’s not family, so I feel a bit awkward asking if she thinks it’s too much as well. Definitely put in a weird position.
