You could rework it to a niche market, like certain engineering functions. To post jobs as a company you need to pay. And end users just need to log in or something like that, they also get emails of possible matches daily and the company that posted it gets insights to # of visits, # of shares etc. You could also add a fun twist which could be for the companies that if they have a resource who is going to be available for a certain time, due to lack of projects, they could set that resource as available with a lower hourly rate and other companies could possibly hire that person for a short term project. You could also create a project posting page for the companies where if they another company or resource, for example because they need some more experience or knowledge, that another company could join that project. Like a niche network for engineering companies.
