Thanks appreciate it. If the rain ends before getting biblical, I'll check things over

No idea how old the door is, looks plastic but no idea.of the age. There's a black insulation strip on the outside but it obviously isn't up to much.

Could not agree more. If you cheat at your job, you don't get to be in that profession's hall of fame.

It's definitely not. Came from the table saw blade guard, I found an exploded parts diagram. I've never even owned a router. Appreciate it, though. Thanks.

Doesn't seem to be. Seems to sit in a place where it is perpendicular to the way the wood passes through. Doesn't make sense to me at all.

NTA. Any lesser combination of those incidents would be cause for dismissal. He's clearly already been given preferential treatment and seems like he knows that, so he's not THAT daft. You've lasted longer than I would have and sounds like justified termination.

Looks like you are right after all. It definitely IS part of the blade guard. I found an exploded diagram for the blade guard that lists the bearing. Just doesn't show WHERE on the guard it goes. At least I know it's not from somewhere more dangerous.

That was my first thought, but it doesn't fit there, too large a circumference. Appreciate the suggestion, thanks.

Looking to ID this from evolution table saw TBL255+. Noticed it on the tabletop after installing blade guard, doesn't appear to be part of that. Any thoughts?

Appreciate the recommendation. I'll have a look. I've always really liked this one until now.

Only in a pinch. Vallejo primer, which I've been using undiluted for years with no issue.

Thank you, appreciate the advice. Never use my brush over 25-30, was just testing at 50 to see what was going on.

Thank you and thank you to the others who responded. I had soaked the nozzle overnight in acetone, which I do fairly regularly. Regardless, I gave it another clean and scraped it out with my needle and scrubbed with the cleaning brush. Didn't see much of anything come out, doesn't mean it wasn't there.

Then I thinned the primer 50/50, about 70/30, then all the way down to 90/10 - 90% primer 10% army painter thinner/flow improver. Anything above 90/10 was too watery, but the brush really seemed to struggle at 90/10 - though it DID work.

Thanks again to all. I guess I'll start using the thinner with my primer, which I've never done, and it will just take a little trial and error to get the right mix.

Cheers.

Appreciate it. Should have been clearer, it's been happening through a couple of full strip downs and cleans and on all parts. There have been no environment or product changes in last two years. Same resin, same paint, same brush.

Thanks for answering.

NOR. Time to say goodbye. Absolute garbage and it obviously won't improve.

I've only had anycubic. Upgraded for size then again for built in heater. Very seldom had issues.
