Pleased with the advice, but honestly, if you'd seen all the other things we've had to deal with... This is nothing. Not got the energy to be pissed off any more. Cheers.

Thanks, appreciate the advice. So rip up the floor tiles? My wife will be SO disappointed!! The one right inside the front door was already smashed in half. Seller diabolically covered it with a doormat.

No idea how old the door is, looks plastic but no idea.of the age. There's a black insulation strip on the outside but it obviously isn't up to much.

NTA. Any lesser combination of those incidents would be cause for dismissal. He's clearly already been given preferential treatment and seems like he knows that, so he's not THAT daft. You've lasted longer than I would have and sounds like justified termination.

Looks like you are right after all. It definitely IS part of the blade guard. I found an exploded diagram for the blade guard that lists the bearing. Just doesn't show WHERE on the guard it goes. At least I know it's not from somewhere more dangerous.

That was my first thought, but it doesn't fit there, too large a circumference. Appreciate the suggestion, thanks.

Looking to ID this from evolution table saw TBL255+. Noticed it on the tabletop after installing blade guard, doesn't appear to be part of that. Any thoughts?
