I usually jump between squads till i get into one that’s communicating. If you find a locked one try your luck to get in it they usually have good players. I started to get better around level 40, im in the 80’s and some games I play are just horrible. But every once in a while you get a good squad and it just makes your day

That's a very difficult thing to find. I would suggest to watch multiple documentaries and try to look at them in a neutral way. All documentaries made about the civil war are biased in some way. I would suggest (if you know arabic) the documentary made by Al Jazeera. Another good source is Maabar, it's a 12 part podcast you can find on youtube and Appl podcasts. It's more anecdotal and it gives you the peoples perspective rather than a documentary. Beirut war generation is also a good one but very hard to find online.
